Brooke is currently engaged in light modeling work and acting

At age 55, Shields looks quite good, and she is using all her experience to land modeling gigs. She recently told her followers via Instagram that she is in Los Angeles shooting a commercial.

Shields hasn’t participated in many acting projects since her knee surgery in 2018, but she recently played a leading role in the 2020 film My Boyfriend’s Meds. It’s unclear whether she has upcoming projects on the way.

During quarantine, Brooke started sharing her workout videos to educate people on low impact exercises

Brooke’s knee surgery in 2018 forced her to change her lifestyle, which meant becoming more physically active. The Covid-19 pandemic hindered outside movement, but Brooke found a way to work out from home. She then chose to share her workouts with her 1.1 million followers on Instagram. The model told NBC News:

“During quarantine, I started sharing my workouts on my Instagram. For exercise, I focus on low-impact activities that target different muscle groups. I constantly change my workouts, which means that one day I may target my abs, and the next day I will target my legs or arms.”
