The 10th season of the Showtime series, Shameless, is almost upon us. It is set to premiere on 10th November. The Gallagher family is one of the most famous and dysfunctional families on television, and we can’t wait to see what the family has in store for season 10.
Why we love Shameless so much
Shameless introduces you to the wildly dysfunctional Gallagher family. The dad (Frank) is a drunk, and mom is in the wind. This situation forces the eldest sister Fiona to take care of the family. She barely earns enough money for herself, and she tries to maintain a personal life while taking care of her five siblings.
Her siblings are not what you might call conventional. The eldest son (Philip) trades his tutoring skills for sex. The youngest daughter steals money from her own UNICEF collection. Carl is an arsonist and a sociopath while the family suspects that Liam is black. The middle son, Ian, is gay.
The diverse characters in the Gallagher family were enough to get us hooked. The dysfunctional family creates humor that you can’t find in any other show. On top of that, the family is constantly trying to get Frank out of messes that he puts himself in. Shameless is one incredible show.
When will Shameless Season 10 be on Netflix?
Netflix is usually consistent with how it releases its shows. However, with Shameless, there isn’t a clear pattern. For instance, season 8 of the show appeared on Netflix on 28th July 2018. Season 9 was expected in July 2019, but it dropped on 10th September 2019.
The prediction was wrong, but only by a couple of months. Therefore, we can predict that Shameless season 10 will come to Netflix between July 2020 and September 2020.
UK viewers might have to wait longer for season 10. At the moment, UK viewers have 8 seasons of Shameless on Netflix.
What to expect in Shameless season 10
Season 10 will start six months after the events of the season 9 finale. Frank will use his leg injury to procure as many prescription drugs as he can get. Thanks to the $50,000 left to her by Fiona, Debbie is the richest member of the Gallagher household, and this will influence her to take charge.
Liam will continue his pursuit of black history and culture with the help of V. We will also get to see how Phillip and Tami’s relationship unfolds.
