Jeremy Renner was recently involved in a snow plow accident near his Nevada home that forced him to have surgery. Renner’s publicist, Samantha Mast, released a statement saying Jeremy’s surgery was successful:
“Jeremy is making positive progress and is awake, talking and in good spirits. He remains in ICU in critical but stable condition. He is overwhelmed by the showing of love and support. The family asks for your continued thoughts while he heals with his close loved ones.”

Jeremy Renner is not gay – so far, his public romantic interests have exclusively been women.
Not that Renner cares about what people think about his sexuality. Jeremy told Playboy magazine that he wouldn’t clarify his sexuality: “I’m not going to try to prove what I am or am not.” Renner opined that the presence of the gay rumors proved he’d made it.
“I don’t care, ultimately, if that’s what people want to think, read and care about,” Renner said. The Avengers star admonished anyone looking at queer sexualities as a negative thing. He stated:
“Look at where we’re at socially — leaps and bounds ahead of where we started. That’s an amazing thing. To suggest that it’s negative, that being gay is a terrible thing, a perversion or whatever — I just don’t get it.”
Renner was married to Sonni Pacheco and was recently linked with Eiza Gonzalez
Renner’s 2014 marriage to Sonni Pacheco lasted a few months. Jeremy told Playboy in 2015 that the divorce had taken a massive toll on him. “I haven’t slept more than four hours a night in the past week,” Renner said. “My skin’s breaking out. I’ve got dark circles under my eyes. I’m dehydrated. I look like shit.”
Jeremy keeps his love life private, so details about his love life after the divorce are scarce. In 2021, Renner was linked with actress Eiza Gonzalez, but they were having fun with a group of friends during the Super Bowl weekend.
It appears that the most important woman in Renner’s life is his daughter, Ava, whom he shares with Sonni. Renner told Playboy that he doesn’t take projects that affect his time with Ava.
‘If anything takes me away and I don’t get to see her [Ava], I just won’t do it,” Renner said. “I don’t care what you pay me.” On Father’s Day 2022, Jeremy celebrated Ava, captioning an Instagram post:
“Thank you, Ava, for the BEST day of my life and EVERY DAY since then. Love has never been so exquisitely defined. You will always be the best part of me. And to my Father, you are and inspiration and my real-life super hero.”
