Divorces are an unfortunate and seemingly unavoidable consequence of Hollywood fame. Nevertheless, reports about Jeremy Allen White and Addison Timlin’s divorce surprised many, as four months before the divorce announcement, Jeremy effusively praised Addison after winning a Golden Globe. “Addison Timlin, I love you deep in my bones,” Jeremy said. “Thank you for all you do. Thank you for everything you’ve done. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

Jeremy Allen White is Caucasian; he has central and eastern Europe roots

Jeremy Allen White was born on 17th February 1991 to Eloise Zeigler and Richard White. His descendants hailed from central and eastern Europe. Jeremy is of Ukrainian, Northern Irish, Scottish, English, German, and distant Dutch descent.

Eloise, a North Carolina native, and Richard moved to New York to pursue careers as Broadway actors. However, Jeremy’s arrival forced them to change their plans: Eloise became an educator, and Richard a deposition filmer.

Jeremy maintains a close relationship with his mom, who keeps him updated on his growing online popularity. “I really don’t pay too much attention to it. My mom tells me what they are saying on Twitter, which is nice,” Jeremy told People. Jeremy added that he doesn’t mind the extra attention his performance in The Bear has earned him:

“I’ve been acting since I was 18. I was on this show [Shameless] for 11 years that was popular, but I wasn’t getting as much attention then as I am now. I feel very lucky that everything’s been this gradual because I’ve been able to find my footing already. I feel really bad for a young actor or somebody who just hasn’t had much experience when all of a sudden they break through; it could be more overwhelming in that case.”
