“Rest in peace to my dearest friend and mentor. I will hold the memories we’ve made till the end of my life. I will forever remember the lessons you have taught me, and the opportunities you’ve brought me. I’m truly sorry for your loss, Ana and family. I am at a loss of words.”

The Savage Garage team hasn’t yet publicized the cause of Randy Tillim’s death. Some rumors claim that Tillim passed away in a car crash, but those reports are unsubstantiated.

Tillim left behind his wife, son, dogs, and many friends

Randy Tillim’s wife, Ana Maria Terrasa-Tillim, goes by Mrs. Savage or Lady Savage. She draws her heritage from Spain and Uruguay. Mrs. Savage previously worked as a chef for her cakes and pantry business known as Ana’s Cakes before becoming an instructional assistant at a public school.

She learned her craft at the Culinary Institute of America. Ana shared Randy’s love for cars, with Porsche being her preferred manufacturer.

Randy and Ana spent two decades bonding over their love for the Beatles. They’d started collaborating on baking series dubbed Savage Sweets on Randy’s YouTube channel.

The pair raised a son and two Labradors – Tucker and Oscar – who Ann affectionately calls her ‘distinguished gentlemen.’ Ana has set her Instagram page to private, but her bio reveals everything you need to know about her.

“Puppies, Pastries, & Porsche,” Ana’s Instagram bio reads. She’s yet to comment publicly on Randy Tillim’s death.

Randy’s friends, however, have posted thousands of comments expressing their condolences and urging his family to stay strong in these trying times. Content creator Tim of Shmee150 wrote on social media:

“Randy has been inspirational to millions and always made sure that everyone around him would have a smile on their face. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife, children, family, friends and the Savage Garage team at this time. Rest in peace Randy, I’ll never forget you.”
