Brad Paisley writes songs for Post Malone, says his Instagram bio. Paisley’s country music exploits are legendary – all his eleven studio albums are certified Gold or higher by the RIAA. In 2009, he set the record for the most consecutive singles to reach the top spot on the US Billboard Country Airplay chart. Paisley is also a three-time Grammy winner.

Of all his achievements, one stands out: becoming a member of the Grand Ole Opry. Paisley hasn’t released an album in six years, with his last project, Love and War, debuting in 2017.

Brad Paisley is healthy and is set to perform on tour in the US in 2023

Brad Paisley is not sick. He is healthy – rumors about the country music singer falling ill are false.

The most prevalent false rumor is that Paisley has Parkinson’s. Paisley doesn’t have Parkinson’s, but he helps raise funds for research into the disease.

In November 2017, he attended the Michael J. Fox Foundation’s annual A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Cure Parkinson’s gala as the featured musical guest. Paisley said he ‘couldn’t be prouder’ to be involved with the organization.

Paisley said (per The Hollywood Reporter): “This could be the disease we cure in our lifetime, so to be a part of something like this where a man like Michael J. Fox, such a high-profile, beloved figure, to have now dedicated his life to making this world a better place and getting rid of this disease.”

As far as we can tell, Paisley hasn’t suffered from a medical condition requiring specialized medical attention. However, he was forced into an ER visit after suffering a nasty fall at the end of a concert. In September 2018, Brad told Jimmy Fallon:

“I land on the stage with full force and thought, for sure in that instant, with searing pain on my side, I thought, ‘I have broken my hip on the last song of this tour.”

Paisley hadn’t broken anything, but he had a bruise ‘the size of a football’. “It really did look like it had laces on it,” he said

A testament to Paisley’s good health is he is set to hit the stage on tour starting March 2023.
