Young M.A is trending on Twitter – not because of a hot new release, however – due to rumors that she might be pregnant. It’s not the first time people have speculated about Young M.A being pregnant, but this time, the rumors have reached a wider audience.
Katorah Kasanova Marrero (her real name) has struggled to create hits bigger than Ouuuu, a quadruple-platinum single that earned her global fame. She released her last studio album, Off the Yak, in May 2021.

Young M.A isn’t pregnant, so ignore the photoshopped images trending on Twitter alleging otherwise.
The source of the pregnancy rumors is a November 2019 interview on Headkrack After Hours. Young M.A said she would ‘absolutely’ want to become a parent. She said: “Yeah, I’ma be married by then. I want a boy. I want a boy first and then a girl. I’d rather a boy first.”
The rapper said she told her partner the boy would take care of his little sister. Young M.A continued:
“He gotta hold her down ’cause that’s how [it] was with me. My brother was… My big brother, Rest In Peace. And then my mom had me… So, he made sure I was straight even though I learned from him, at the same time, it made me thorough. So, that’s kinda what I want. I want my little girl to be thorough, too, like her brother.”
Young M.A hasn’t responded to the latest pregnancy rumors, but she did react to similar claims in July 2021. The rapper revealed that in the future, it’s her partner who’ll carry the baby, not Young M.A. Therefore, unless something changes, Young M.A doesn’t plan on getting pregnant.
She wrote on Instagram: “Of course my girl is the one that’s gone be pregnant. That’s why I looked at her and mentioned her [in the Headkrack interview]. Y’all bored lol, but I get it. Sell ya stories.”
