David Arnold was a comedian on the rise when he sadly passed away in early September 2022. His standup routine consisted of jokes on family life and relationships. Arnold had launched a comedy tour and completed shows in San Francisco, Phoenix, and Charlotte, North Carolina. He was booked to perform in New Brunswick, New Jersey, at the Stress Factory Comedy Club in late September.
Arnold’s unexpected death has sent the comedy world into mourning. Nickelodeon, which worked with Arnold on the show That Girl Lay Lay, said:
“David was an immense talent and gifted storyteller with a wide range of fans, from adults through his standup, to kids and families through the Nickelodeon show he created.”
