Grimm is one of the most popular NBC titles, and it is slated to leave Netflix soon. The show follows a homicide investigator, who finds out that he is descended from a line of guardians tasked with maintaining the balance between humans and the mythological creatures of the world.

The show aired over a period of six years, and it has six seasons. All seasons are available on Netflix, but you currently have a little over two weeks to binge on the show before it leaves Netflix. Keep reading to find out why it’s leaving and where you can watch it after it leaves.

Why is Grimm leaving Netflix?

It has been confirmed that Grimm will leave Netflix on 5th January 2020. The simple reason is that Grimm’s contract with Netflix is over. At the moment, it doesn’t seem like there will be a contract renewal. However, there might be hope because back in 2016, several seasons of Grimm were removed from Netflix UK before returning a year later.

The removal will only affect regions outside the US. These regions include Turkey, Thailand, the UK, South Korea, and mainland Europe. The US will not be affected because Grimm is not available on Netflix US. The show is available in the US on Amazon Prime.

Where will Grimm be available for streaming?

Grimm is an NBC show, and we suspect that it will be available on NBC’s upcoming streaming platform Peacock.

As previously stated, Grimm is currently available for streaming on Amazon Prime. We suspect that the show will eventually leave Amazon Prime and head to Peacock.

Peacock is set to launch in April 2020, and NBC has promised a lot of content on the platform during the launch. It is highly likely that Grimm will form part of that content.
